By downloading, installing, or using Workhorse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Workhorse is a macOS application that automatically tracks your work time based on system activity (screen lock/unlock events). The App provides:

  • Automatic work time tracking
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly statistics
  • iCloud synchronization (optional)
  • Data export functionality (Pro version)

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time purchase option ("Pro") that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

  • Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription
  • The purchase is tied to your Apple ID
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not redistribute or resell the App
  • Maintain the security of your device and iCloud account

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
